Anne Curtis Is Releasing Her Own Makeup Line Plus More Beauty Launches

Ber months are finally here— which only means one thing: new season, new makeup collection! (Insert giddy emoji here). 2017 has been a good year for beauty. The past months have brought us amazing products from holographic highlighters to eyebrow tints that stay on for days. But while 2017 has gone faster than Daenerys Targaryen traveling from one place to another—sorry, GOT fans here—there are still a few beauty products to be excited about this year.

From a skincare line made for millenials to Anne Curtis’ much-awaited lipstick line, scroll down for 6 beauty launches to be excited about this September.

Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge Light Lipsticks

Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge Light Lipstick

In collaboration with pop star Jessie J, Make Up For Ever released Artist Rouge Light, a collection of 25 lipsticks (Php1250 each) that are lightweight and hydrating. Unlike previous collections Artist Rouge Creme and Artist Rouge Mat, the Light lipsticks give a luminous sheen that can be layered to your liking—perfect for when you want something light during the day (for that MLBB lip) and something more dramatic in the evening after work.

WASO Skincare Line by Shisedo

Shiseido Waso Skincare

Shiseido’s new line of skincare made with natural ingredients (carrot, loquat leaf, tofu, white jelly mushroom, and honey) were formulated specifically to suit every millenial’s needs. From dry to oily skin and visible pores, the WASO line has a whole range of products to complete your skincare regimen. Our personal favorite? The Quick Matte Moisturizer that leaves your skin oil-free yet hydrated all day. Also, just look at that minimal (and Instagrammable) packaging!

MAC Bold & Bad Lash Mascara, Rollerwheel Liquid Liner, and Great Brows Kit

It’s all about the eyes this season as MAC Cosmetics released not one, but three new amazing products this month. The Bold & Bad Lash Mascara has two brushes: one for volumizing (for your upper lashes) and one for definition (for your lower lashes). The Rollerwheel Liquid Liner has an actual wheel tip for easy precision and the Great Brows eyebrow kit includes three powders (one light shade, one dark shade, and one highlighter for the brow bone) complete with 3 brushes to shape, fill, and brush.

Kate Tokyo’s The Base Zero Line

Kate Tokyo The Base Zero

For Japanese brand Kate Tokyo—sister brand of Kanebo— it’s all about the base. Formulated for Asians with oily-combination skin, the new Base Zero products are oil-free, light, and contain SPF for daily sun protection. The Secret Skin CC Base Zero primer (Php600) brightens skin and gives it a natural glow, the Secret Skin Maker Zero liquid foundation (Php960) that comes in 6 shades naturally covers pores and imperfections, and the Secret Skin Maker Zero powder (Php700) gives a flawless finish without making it look cakey.
